Welcome to the website of Daniel Paul. By using this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a session, or using any of the services offered, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Daniel Paul

Daniel Paul provides one-to-one counselling, hypnotherapy and therapeutic support for individuals seeking help with emotional, personal and relationship challenges. Services may include support for anxiety, bereavement, addiction, relationship difficulties, depression, emotional wellbeing and related concerns.

Services are offered remotely and/or in person where agreed in advance.

2. Nature of Services

The services provided are intended to offer emotional and therapeutic support. They are not a crisis service, emergency medical service, or substitute for urgent medical, psychiatric or legal advice.

If you are in immediate danger, feel at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or require urgent support, please contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service immediately.

3. Bookings and Sessions

Daniel Paul offers one-to-one sessions of 50 minutes each.

The standard session fee is £150 per session.

A 10-session package may be available at £1,200, paid weekly, subject to agreement at the time of booking.

All session times, fees and payment arrangements should be confirmed before therapy begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required in accordance with the agreed booking arrangement.

For single sessions, payment may be required before the session takes place.

For the 10-session package, payment is made weekly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to make payment may result in a session being postponed or cancelled.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least [24/48 hours] notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice may be charged in full.

Missed sessions without notice may also be charged in full.

Daniel Paul reserves the right to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency or circumstances outside reasonable control. In such cases, a new session time will be arranged.

6. Late Arrival

If you arrive late for a session, the session may still need to finish at the original scheduled time. The full session fee will still apply.

7. Confidentiality

Sessions are treated as confidential. However, confidentiality may be limited where there is a legal, safeguarding or ethical duty to disclose information.

This may include situations where there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person, safeguarding concerns involving a child or vulnerable adult, or where disclosure is required by law.

8. Remote Sessions

Remote sessions require a private, safe and suitable environment. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a stable internet connection, appropriate device and confidential space for the session.

Daniel Paul is not responsible for technical issues arising from your device, internet connection or chosen environment.

9. Client Responsibility

Therapy is a collaborative process. While Daniel Paul provides professional support, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Your progress may depend on your personal circumstances, level of engagement and the nature of the issues being explored.

10. Website Information

The content on this website is provided for general information only. It should not be taken as medical, psychiatric, legal or crisis advice.

Daniel Paul makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daniel Paul will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

12. Data Protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy on this website.

By submitting information through the website or booking a session, you agree that Daniel Paul may process your information for the purpose of responding to enquiries, managing bookings, providing services and maintaining appropriate records.

13. Changes to These Terms

Daniel Paul may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
